Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow us 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days excluding weekends to let you know your order is on the way.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We offer free delivery pan India on orders above ₹1500, and a flat ₹100 shipping on orders below ₹1500.

Expected delivery time for domestic shipments is 7-8 days after the order is dispatched .

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

If your country is not on the above list, mail us at dvoid461@gmail.com. So that we can speed up our process to add your country to our servicing markets.

We charge flat ₹3000 on International shipping, and you can expect your order to be delivered within 15-20 days after dispatching.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. D.VOID is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns on international orders. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at dvoid461@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
